This is where you will find information about all the awesome ministries at Denver Wesleyan Church. There are many opportunties to get involved here at our church!

Outback Kids

Outback Kids is a children ministry, or, as it is sometimes called, children’s church. Here toddlers thru 1st grade children are taught through crafts, games, singing and visual aids. This type of programming helps keep their attention while learning the lesson.

Youth

The Youth Group, which welcomes students in Grades 6-12, meets on Wednesday evenings at 7 PM. The session, which focuses on life application, features lessons that are often supplemented with multimedia and interactive games. The Youth have many opportunties each year for outreach, camp, retreats and just fun times together!

Donita’s Corner

Donita’s Corner is held on Wednesday evenings for all children K- 5th Grade and for youth not involved in the Praise Band. They have a fun time learning with crafts, music and biblical lessons. They also have different outreach and fun time projects a year!

Lake Norman Food Ministry

Lake Norman Food Mission is an agency of Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina and also a ministry at Denver Wesleyan Church. We serve over 400 families a month, distributing around 30,000 lbs of food. This also offers an opportunity for our church family to give back to the community and to be the hands and feet of Christ. Discipleship

Bible Study (Sunday School) is one of our ways of doing discipleship. We have classes for all ages. We also have a Thursday Morning Bible Study at 11:00 AM that is open to all. We use Right Now Media to help us grow and learn even at home!
